Lahore: Bilal Arif Salafi, a high-ranking commander of the terrorist organization Lashkar-e-Taiba (LeT), was murdered shortly after offering Eid prayers in Pakistan on Saturday. The incident took place inside the group’s headquarters, Markaz Taiba, located in Muridke, Punjab.
According to reports, Salafi was targeted by unidentified assailants who first shot him and then stabbed him multiple times in full view of the public.

- The Attack: A video circulating on social media shows the commander lying in a pool of blood as onlookers panic. Bystanders are seen attempting to lift him from the ground following the brutal assault.
- Role in LeT: Bilal Arif Salafi was a key figure responsible for brainwashing and recruiting youth from across Pakistan to join the group's "Kashmir Jihad" agenda.
